Located in Amesbury. MA is a business incubator, called the Chestnut Innovation Center. This hidden gem is home to Blackburn Energy’s manufacturing department. Earlier this month, State Senator Kathleen O’Connor Ives (D), explored the start-up businesses that are growing in this ingenious ecosystem. Blackburn Energy’s Founder and CEO, Andrew Amigo, had the privilege to meet with the Senator and the opportunity to discuss the potential for our renewable electric generation system, which eliminates emissions.
State Senator, Kathleen O’Connor Ives (D), is an impressive politician who represents the 1st Essex District in Massachusetts. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Politics and International Relations, in addition to her Juris Doctor and Environmental Law Certificate. Her district encompasses: Amesbury, Haverhill, Merrimac, Newburyport, Methuen, Salisbury, and portions of North Andover. Blackburn is grateful for the chance to meet with our legislator and explain why our invention is an important one, not just for Massachusetts residents, but all of the United States, and beyond.
Blackburn Energy looks forward to continuing spreading the word about renewable energy, clean air, automotive energy efficiency, smart power, and transportation.
